Movable air-bag-type integrated elevating floor scaffold and construction method thereof
The invention provides a movable air-bag-type integrated elevating floor scaffold and a construction method thereof. The scaffold comprises a pedestal, pedestal truckles connected with the pedestal, an upper carrying platform being parallel with the pedestal, and a support frame connected between the upper carrying platform and the pedestal. The support frame comprises a pair of scissor support mechanisms connected between the upper carrying platform and the pedestal, a group of centers and an air bag type support frame connected between the upper carrying platform and the pedestal, wherein the scissor support mechanisms are symmetric relative to the vertical axis of the pedestal, and the centers are symmetric relative to the pedestal and uniformly arranged at intervals. When the scaffold is used for construction, complex installation of rod members of the scaffold and disassembly of the rod members in the later are needless. When the scaffold is used, the movable air-bag-type integrated elevating floor scaffold can be lifted at a target height, and then air bags can be inflated, the scaffold can be installed. When construction is completed, the movable air-bag-type integrated elevating floor scaffold can be descended to an original position to be taken back, the whole process is easy, convenient, high in level of mechanization and high in construction efficiency. The movable air-bag-type integrated elevating floor scaffold can be widely used for construction of cast-in-situ concrete floors.
