Post-cast strip steel pipe top supporting system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a post-cast strip steel pipe top supporting system comprising a primary beam top supporting mechanism and a secondary beam top supporting mechanism that are independent from one another. The primary beam top supporting mechanism and the secondary beam top supporting mechanism are respectively and symmetrically arranged at a post-cast strip engineering node. From bottom to top, the top supporting mechanisms sequentially comprise pedestals, height adjusting sections, end standard sections, and top supports. The end standard sections are movably connected with the top supports, thereby the top supports can extend up and down with respect to the end standard sections, and a relative position between each top support and each end standard section can be fixed by a clamping component. By respectively arranging the primary beam top supporting mechanism and the secondary beam top supporting mechanism symmetrically below a primary beam and a secondary beam at the post-cast strip node, the space occupation ratio of the post-cast strip steel pipe top supporting system is low, and the clearance between supporting structures is increased, accordingly the personnel and the material can conveniently pass through the clearance during the construction process; meanwhile, by installing the movable top supports, the installation and the detachment of the top supporting mechanisms are more convenient.
