Repairing technology for composite material formwork
The invention provides a repairing technology for a composite material formwork. The repairing technology includes cleaning a broken hole and surrounding sundries on the composite material formwork; polishing the edge of the broken hole by a polisher, polishing edges of two sides of the broke hole outwardly to form bevels with 30-45 degrees and polishing the periphery of the broken hole; adhering a transparent adhesive tape to a working face to seal the broken hole; putting the working face upside down, and pouring glue in the broken hole; cutting a piece of glass fiber felt, and covering the glue with the glass fiber felt to enable the glue to fully infiltrate into the bottom face of the glass fiber felt; pouring glue to enable the glue to fully infiltrate into the surface of the glass fiber felt, covering the glue with another piece of glass fiber felt and applying glue on the glass fiber felt to enable the glue to be 1-2mm higher than the reverse side of the composite material formwork; standing the glue until curing, tearing off the transparent adhesive tape, and grinding and polishing the periphery of the broken hole by the polisher to complete repairing. The repairing technology has the advantages that a damaged composite material formwork can be reused after being repaired, the process is simple and convenient, the service life of the composite material formwork is prolonged and economic benefit is improved.

The repairing technology has the advantages that a damaged composite material formwork can be reused after being repaired, the process is simple and convenient, the service life of the composite material formwork is prolonged and economic benefit is improved.
