The invention relates to an independent building type distributed energy station structure. The independent building type distributed energy station structure comprises a building structure and distributed energy equipment arranged in the building structure. The independent building type distributed energy station structure is characterized in that the building structure is arranged close to an energy supply object; the building structure consists of two layers or three layers; the distributed energy equipment comprises power generation equipment, residual heat utilization equipment, peak regulation equipment and cooling equipment; a base which is fixedly connected with distributed power supply equipment is arranged in each layer of floor of the building structure; the bases have damping and buffering structures or pure fixed connection structures, and are distributed on each layer of floor of the building structure; the power generation equipment, the residual heat utilization equipment, the peak regulation equipment and the cooling equipment are fixedly connected to the bases of the building structure according to the principles of noise prevention, heat preservation and heat dissipation, and the building structure is communicated adjacent to the energy supply object, thereby forming the independent building type distributed energy station structure. By adopting the independent building type distributed energy station structure, the problem of interference on energy supply object equipment or waste of land resources in the conventional distributed energy station structure is solved.
