The invention provides a framework transverse moving type double-layer parking rack. The framework transverse moving type double-layer parking rack comprises a vehicle body fixing frame, wherein the tail part of an actuating cylinder is arranged on the vehicle body fixing frame through pin shafts; a movable frame is arranged at the outer side of the vehicle body fixing frame; the head part of the actuating cylinder is connected with the movable frame through pin shafts; an output shaft of a driving device is provided with a winding drum; fixed pulley assemblies, a rope end fixing device and the winding drum are connected with movable pulley assemblies through steel wires; lifting pieces are arranged on the movable pulley assemblies; a parking platform is arranged on the movable pulley assemblies through the lifting pieces in a hanging way. According to the framework transverse moving type double-layer parking rack provided by the invention, a movable framework structure is adopted, the occupied area is more reasonable, the basic investment is smaller, and the applicability is higher; the vehicle body fixing frame is additionally arranged, the parking of upper-layer automobiles is more reliable, the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and a good application prospect is obtained.
