The invention provides an automatic door-lock assembly comprising a mechanism gear, a knob seat, a coil spring, a knob and a mandrel. One end of the mandrel is embedded in the mechanism gear, and the other end thereof is connected with the knob seat. The mechanism gear is used for transmitting force. One side of the knob seat is connected with a door plate; the other side thereof is connected with the knob. The coil spring is mounted within the knob so that under the action of the coil spring, torsion generated drives the knob to be constantly locked; in order to unlock a door, the knob overcomes the torsion of the coil spring, and the assembly is driven by the mechanism gear to unlock; in order to lock the door, the coil spring restores to the original state. The automatic door-lock assembly is simple in structure and convenient to use; the problem that reinserting the key to lock the door is required is solved; the door locking manner is simplified; the mechanism gear rotates so as to lock the door, the torsion of the coil spring is released, and movement is made stable.
