The invention discloses a hinge door closer. The hinge door closer comprises a first hinge, a second hinge and a rotary shaft component, wherein the first hinge and the second hinge rotate relatively, and the rotary shaft component is penetratingly arranged in a casing of the first hinge and the second hinge. The rotary shaft component comprises a first shaft sleeve, a connecting seat and a second shaft sleeve, which are sequentially connected from top to bottom. A torsion control device and a torsion spring are arranged in the first shaft sleeve, the upper end of the torsion spring is connected with a torsion control device, and the lower end of the torsion spring is connected with the connecting seat. A speed adjuster is arranged in the second shaft sleeve and is connected with the connecting seat. The speed adjuster comprises a shaft rod, a limit part and a slide part, wherein the limit part and the slide part are matched with the shaft rod. The upper end of the shaft rod is fastened on the connecting seat, the side wall of the main body of the shaft rod is provided with an elongated slot used for accommodating the slide part, the inner wall of the second shaft sleeve is provided with an eccentric slide groove, and the start end of the eccentric slide groove is provided with a fixing slot fixing the limit part. The opening speed and the resetting speed of the door can be adjusted, rotation is noiseless, the rotary shaft component inside is precisely matched, and angles can be accurately controlled.
