A door catch mechanism comprises a main door catch fixed on a door plate, an auxiliary door catch arranged on the main door catch and a dial block, the dial block can be connected with a handle and can rotate along with the handle, the main door catch and the auxiliary door catch can stretch out and draw back at the same time to withstand a doorframe, the main door catch is provided with a first slide groove, a second slide groove, and an inclined groove for the auxiliary door catch to slide in, the dial block is provided with a first projection accommodated in the first slide groove and a second projection which can slide in the second slide groove, the dial block is connected with the handle through the first projection, the handle rotates and drives the second projection to rotate and slide in the second slide groove, rotation and slide of the second projection drives the main door catch to slide along the first slide groove, and the slide of the main door catch drives the auxiliary door catch to slide in the inclined groove. The invention further provides a security door provided with the above door catch mechanism and an antitheft device. The door catch mechanism can block the doorframe through the main door catch and the auxiliary door catch, and is high in safety.
