The invention provides a wood door leaf component, comprising door vertical beams, crosspieces and door blocking plates, which are painted respectively; the crosspieces are not provided with tenors or mortises or mortise joint holes. The invention further provides a wood door leaf using the wood door leaf component, and a manufacturing method of the wood door leaf. When making the wood door leaf, painting is performed firstly, and then tenors or mortises or mortise joint holes are mounted on the crosspieces so as to be connected with the door vertical beams in a joggle mode, thus possible damages, occurring during being painted, storage and transportation, of the mortises of a wood door can be avoided. Therefore, changeless dimensions of the mortises can be ensured during assembling, no trash such as paint residue, scraps leaves in the mortises, and the integrity of the joggle structure is ensured. Besides, contraction joints are reserved during assembling, when the whole door leaf is used, slight shrinkage or expansion rarely causes paint cracking and joggle structure damage, thus service life of the wood door leaf is greatly prolonged.
