Ecological water pollutant interception method for urban river bank greenbelts
The invention discloses an ecological water pollutant interception method for urban river bank greenbelts. The method applicable to urban river bank greenbelts includes: planting a proper quantity of trees with high ecological values on river banks, and digging ditches along the river banks, wherein the ditches are proper in width and pass through tree roots; digging annular pits in proper sizes at the tree roots, forming a 'biological purifier' in each pit, filling soil with a proper quantity of rice hull charcoals into the trenches and the pits and leveling; uniformly paving rice hull charcoals 3cm in depth on the overall surfaces of the river banks to improve the soil, and planting lawns with purification functions to realize a multi-level purification function. In application of the method to the urban river banks, when waste water flows through the banks to enter river channels, pollutants are absorbed step by step, the waste water is finally well purified, and accordingly the amount of the pollutants entering rivers is decreased. Normal functions of the river banks can be kept while beautiful urban landscapes are maintained, technical simplicity and low operation cost are realized, and the river channels are protected from being polluted by pollutants.
