Method for preparing high temperature resistance foam material by adopting molten blast furnace slag
The present invention is aimed at providing a method for preparing a high temperature resistance foam material by adopting molten blast furnace slag. According to the method, blast furnace slag is used as a raw material for preparing the foam material, so that, the effective utilization rate of the blast furnace slag is improved and the sensible heat comprehensive utilization is realized, and at the same time, the recycling of an industrial solid waste resource and waste heat is realized while the environment is improved. According to the method disclosed by the invention, high temperature molten blast furnace slag flowing out of the blast furnace is directly sent to a glass melting furnace to be mixed with other auxiliary materials (that is a tempering agent) and be subjected to refining in the glass melting furnace, so that, molten iron with impurities sinks, and the mixture becomes a tempered blast furnace slag molten body which is uniform in component and temperature and good in mobility; the tempered blast furnace slag molten body is then sent to a foaming chamber for foaming; the foamed tempered blast furnace slag foam molten body is then sent to a calendering machine for calendering red-hot tempered blast furnace slag foam material blanked components; the calendered tempered blast furnace slag foam material blanked components are sent to an annealing kiln to be subjected to heat treatment to obtain the tempered blast furnace slag foam material.
