The invention discloses a cement grinding aid composed of the following components in parts by weight: 3-7 parts of polyalcohol amine, 1-2 parts of glycol, 15-20 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 20-30 parts of maleic acid, 1-4 parts of sodium acetate, 20-30 parts of calcium lignosulfonate, 20-30 parts of molasses and 20-50 parts of water. Through determining all the components and the content ranges of all the components of the cement grinding aid, all the components have a better synergistic effect, and furthermore the effect of the grinding process is optimized; due to the addition of the grinding aid disclosed by the invention, the power consumption is reduced, and meanwhile the yield, quality and performance of cement are improved; and proven by experiments, the cement grinding aid prepared according to the formula disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the machine-hour yield is remarkably increased, the mixing amount of the grinding aid is greatly reduced and only accounts for 0.01-0.02% of the using amount of cement, the strength of cement can be stimulated, and the strength of the cement can be increased by about 10% within 28 days.
