Fast-setting high-strength cement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fast-setting high-strength cement material, which comprises, 35-55 parts of sulphate aluminium cement, 30-50 parts of volcanic ash, 5-20 parts of metakaolin, 5-15 parts of diatomite and a mixing agent; the mixing agent includes 0.1-0.3 part of a water reducer and 0.05-0.2 part of fiber, calculated by the total weight of sulphate aluminium cement, volcanic ash, metakaolin and diatomite of being 100 parts. The fast-setting high-strength cement material prepared by the invention has the advantages of high coagulation speed, good initial strength, one day compressive strength no less than 40Mpa, 3-day compressive strength no less than 55MPa and 7 day compressive strength no less than 60MPa, and is applicable to quick repairing of road diseases and building components; besides, the fast-setting high-strength cement material is simple for operation, and has good economic and social benefits.
