Preparation process of highly oriented boron nitride composite material
The invention provides a preparation process of a highly oriented boron nitride composite material, and is characterized in that the preparation process adopts the following steps: 1) preparation of a boron nitride casting sheet by a casting method: firstly, adding a binder and a plasticizer to a solvent, stirring evenly, then adding a ceramic powder, stirring evenly, forming a casting material, then carrying out casting molding, and drying and demoulding at room temperature to obtain the boron nitride casting sheet with the thickness of 40-100 [mu]m; 2) slicing the boron nitride casting sheet according to the size of a die respectively; 3) putting the sliced boron nitride casting sheets into the graphite die in an overlapping mode, and carrying out pre-press forming; 4) putting the green body obtained after pre-press forming together with the graphite die into vacuum degreasing, and carrying out vacuum degreasing; and 5) carrying out hot pressing sintering at an argon gas atmosphere, and thus obtaining the highly oriented boron nitride composite material. The preparation process has the advantages of simple operation, safe operation and easy industrialization, and the prepared highly oriented boron nitride composite material has relatively high orientation.
