The invention discloses a ceramic substrate preparation method, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing ceramic powder, a first organic adhesive and a first solvent to obtain a ceramic slurry, taking the ceramic slurry as a raw material to prepare ceramic films, employing 1-20 ceramic films to prepare the ceramic green compact; uniformly mixing starch, a second organic adhesive and a second solvent to obtain an isolation slurry, taking the isolation slurry as a raw material to prepare the isolation film; alternatively laminating the ceramic green compact and the isolation film, laminating and cutting to obtain a laminated body; placing the laminated body on a load bearing board, covering an upper cover plate on the laminated body, then sintering the laminated body to obtain the ceramic substrate. The preparation method of the ceramic substrate is characterized in that the ceramic green compact and the isolation film are alternatively laminated, then laminated and sintered, generation of contraction of the ceramic green compact during sintering can be prevented, and the prepared ceramic substrate is flattened without warping.
