The invention discloses a preparation method of an autoclaved fly ash perforated brick and belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of metallurgical solid waste resources. The preparation method comprises four steps of: (1) preparing raw materials; (2) batching; (3) forming; and (4) performing steam curing. The quality of the raw materials is strictly controlled in the technical aspect, and the production process of the perforated brick requires increasing the proportion of aggregate, so requirement on the aggregate is especially strict, and the finally used aggregate with the particle size of below 5 mm is required to account for more than 80%; the water of the mixed material is strictly controlled, so the forming appearance quality is improved, damage, such as breakage, collapse, missed edge, corner failure and the like, to the finished products are greatly improved, and the qualification rate of the perforated bricks is increased from 74.06% in the past to 95%; and a material distribution system structure is optimized in the forming process, so a material distribution blind area can be avoided, the materials are distributed uniformly, the material distribution effect is improved, and the operation efficiency of the material distribution system is improved.
