Method used for improving performance of foaming cement fireproof door core boards
The invention discloses a method used for improving performance of foaming cement fireproof door core boards. The method comprises following steps: (1) pretreatment, wherein cut foaming cement fireproof door core boards are subjected to dedusting; (2) daubing of a fire retardant coating, wherein the surfaces of the foaming cement fireproof door core boards uniformly coated with the fire retardant coating, and coating weight is controlled to be 0.3 to 0.6kg/m2; and (3) coating solidification, wherein the foaming cement fireproof door core boards coated with the fire retardant coating are stored in a warm and dry environment until complete reaction of the fire retardant coating with a foaming cement fireproof door core board material is realized, and complete solidification of the fire retardant coating is realized. The method is simple in steps, is convenient for operation, and is capable of improving heat insulation performance of the foaming cement fireproof door core boards, and increasing strength of the foaming cement fireproof door core boards, so that the method is suitable for popularization and application, wherein fireproofing grade of steel fireproof doors made of the foaming cement fireproof door core boards is capable of reaching A1 grade, and folding strength of the foaming cement fireproof door core boards is increased to 0.5 to 0.7MPa from 0.2 to 0.4MPa.
