Antique ceramic microfissure generation simulation method
Relating to the technical field of protection of cultural relics, the invention discloses an antique ceramic microfissure generation simulation method, which includes: A) taking a ceramic and drilling several holes on one line on the surface, with the hole diameter being 4.5-5.5mm, the hole depth being 2.5-3.5mm, and the hole spacing being 8-15mm; B). adding slaked lime and cement into water and stirring the mixture evenly to obtain a filler, with the mass ratio of the slaked lime, cement and water being (35-45):(35-45):(15-25); C). filling the holes of the ceramic with the filler till overflow; and D). pressing the holes on the ceramic surface by a weight, placing the weight for 18-30h and then removing the weight, thus obtaining the antique ceramic with microfissures. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that: 1. the simulation degree is high, the microfissures can be consistent with the fissures of a simulated antique ceramic object; 2. the method is simple, the cost is low, the speed is fast, and the effect is good; 3. the microfissure generation stability is good, the microfissure size is controlled artificially, and antique ceramics with different cracking degrees can be simulated; and 4. the filler is non-toxic, harmless, pollution-free and environment-friendly.
