The invention relates to a recovery steel beam for high-speed railways. The recovery steel beam comprises main bearing structures. Each main bearing structure comprises two parallel main truss structures connected through an upper longitudinal connection framework, a lower longitudinal connection framework and middle transverse connection diagonal bars, wherein the upper longitudinal connection framework and the lower longitudinal connection framework are parallel. Each main truss structure is formed by connecting a plurality of main truss frameworks and end trusses arranged at two ends. Longitudinal rail-bearing beams used for installing steel rails are arranged on the of surfaces of the main bearing structures. The recovery steel beam fills in the gap that recovery steel beams for high-speed railway bridges do not exist in China in the past and is of great significance for fast recovery construction after disasters of the high-speed railways occur.
