The invention discloses a spur dike being of a double-variable normal surface shape. The outer shape of the spur dike is of a double-variable normal surface in outer shape, meets the demands that the offshore direction is a Z shaft positive direction, travelling water depth direction is a Y shaft positive direction, and double-variable normal surface equation is built along the water flow direction in an X shaft. The spur dike being of the double-variable normal surface shape can effectively prevent voltage on a spur dike incident flow surface to sharply increase, reduces damage of a dike body from stress concentration, further can stir up water flow to the distance, and prevents the flow speed of a dike head from being too large. Furthermore, the spur dike being of a double-variable normal surface shape can prevent much flow rate from concentrating on the dike head by adopting a special shape, and reduces local scour holes of the dike head.
