The invention relates to a composite hydraulic expansion joint water stop structure. The water stop structure comprises an expansion joint and a U-shaped metal trough plate, wherein steel plates are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the expansion joint; connectors are remained at certain ends, close to the expansion joint, of the steel plates, and the other ends of the steel plates are provided with bends; the steel plates are cast in concrete; the U-shaped metal trough plate comprises a U-shaped trough and flat plate parts connected with the two ends of the U-shaped trough; the U-shaped trough is partially arranged in the middle of the expansion joint; the two ends of the U-shaped metal trough plate are connected with the steel plates; the flat plate is partially cast in the concrete; the periphery of the U-shaped metal trough plate is filled with a polyurethane material layer. The structure has the advantages of suitability for factory production, easiness in guarantee of quality, larger rigidity of the steel plates of the parts buried in the concrete, low probability of damage during construction, good anti-seepage effect, good deformation adaptability, adjustability and the like.
