Disclosed is a stirring wall formation machine. A first eccentric disc is fixed on the lower portion of a first drilling shaft, a second eccentric disc is fixed on the lower portion of a second drilling shaft, a third eccentric disc is fixed on the lower portion of a third drilling shaft, and a fourth eccentric disc is fixed on the lower portion of a fourth drilling shaft. A first cutting arm is arranged in front of the first eccentric disc, the second eccentric disc, the third eccentric disc and the fourth eccentric disc, and a second cutting arm is arranged behind the same. The first eccentric disc is provided with a first slide sleeve, the first slide sleeve is fixed on the second cutting arm by a second connecting arm, the second eccentric disc is provided with a second slide sleeve, the second slide sleeve is fixed on the first cutting arm by a second connecting arm, a third slide sleeve is arranged on the third eccentric disc and is fixed on the second cutting arm by the second connecting arm, a fourth slide sleeve is arranged on the fourth eccentric disc and is fixed on the first cutting arm by the second connecting arm, and a plurality of cutters are arranged on the lower portion of the first cutting arm and on the lower portion of the second cutting arm.
