Reverse construction method for piling steel sheet piles
The invention relates to a reverse construction method for piling steel sheet piles. The method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly designing sizes of a foundation trench according to the design, digging soil in the foundation trench, and digging to a designed elevation of encircling purlins and inner supports; (2) installing the encircling purlins and the inner supports; (3) backfilling 0.5-0.6 meter thick soil; (4) constructing steel sheet piles, wherein the encircling purlins are concurrently used as guiding beams; (5) welding and fixing the encircling purlins with the steel sheet piles in designated positions synchronously; (6) partially digging the soil for installing encircling purlin lower support plates after finished constructing and shutting the steel sheet piles; and (7) keeping digging the soil in the foundation trench until finished constructing the foundation trench. The construction method can be generally applied in foundation trench support engineering such as building foundation trenches and pipeline foundation trenches where the underground water level is not high, and is particularly effective in the foundation trench engineering for indoor constructions with limited height, and is further advantageous to the foundation trench support engineering within substantially urgent construction periods.
