The one-way take-up device comprises a support, a winding drum, a pawl, a ratchet and a ratchet wrench, wherein the support is locked on the vertical rod, the winding drum is rotatably mounted on the support, the pawl is mounted on the support, and the ratchet is fixed onto a rotating shaft of the winding drum. The steel rope is wound on the winding drum. The labor-saving pile pulling device has the advantages that the device is provided with a pulley structure, the steel rope is taken up in a one-way manner by the aid of a ratchet-pawl mechanism and the ratchet wrench in the one-way take-up device, so that a pile hooked on the lifting hook is gradually pulled out, working efficiency is high, the ratchet wrench is operated in a quite labor-saving manner under the action of a lever, and the device is low in labor intensity, convenient to use and simple in structure.
