The invention relates to a piping blocking structure outside the deep foundation pit underground diaphragm wall and a grouting treatment method of the piping blocking structure. The blocking structure comprises the underground diaphragm wall, a water leakage point, a blocking steel plate and a diversion steel pipe. The blocking steel plate is pasted on the underground diaphragm wall surface, the four angles of the blocking steel plate are fixed on the underground diaphragm wall through expansion bolts, the water leakage point directly faces to the diversion steel pipe, the diversion steel pipe is provided with a valve, and edge sealing is conducted along the gap between the blocking steel plate and the underground diaphragm wall surface through the edge sealing materials. The grouting treatment method includes: chisel and clear up the water leakage point, insert the diversion pipe, fix the blocking steel plate, smear the edge sealing materials, close the valve and conduct grouting outside the underground diaphragm wall.
