The invention discloses a waterproof curtain device. The waterproof curtain device comprises a waterproof curtain body, wherein permeable filtering layers are vertically arranged in the waterproof curtain body, are uniformly arranged in the waterproof curtain body, are hinged to the inner top surface of the waterproof curtain body, are transversely provided with rubble filtering layers, and penetrate through the rubble filtering layers to be connected with grouting holes; the grouting holes and the permeable filtering layers are both more than one, and are correspondingly connected pairwise; the grouting holes are formed in a grouting pipe; the grouting pipe is transversely fixed on the waterproof curtain body; a silicon ash separation layer is arranged below the grouting pipe; the two ends of the silicon ash separation layer penetrate through the waterproof curtain body; and the end parts of the silicon ash separation layer and the two side surfaces of the waterproof curtain body are located on one horizontal line. The waterproof curtain device is simple in structure, is excellent in grouting performance, can guarantee a waterproof effect of a waterproof curtain, reduces the water inflow of a foundation pit and the drawdown outside the foundation pit, wholly improves the waterproof performance, and reduces the construction cost.
