Water saving device and method for water supplementing system
The invention discloses a water saving device and method for a water supplementing system. The water supplementing system is provided with a water supply pipe and a water utilizing device. The water saving device comprises a sensing unit arranged on the water supply pipe, a valve arranged on the water supply pipe, and a processor connected with the sensing unit and the valve. The water saving device senses the total amount of water supplied by the water supply pipe each time through the sensing unit, and accordingly whether the water supplementing system is in a fault water leakage state or not is judged. When the water supplementing system breaks down and water leaks, the valve is closed through the processor, the water supplementing system is forced to stop supplying water, and therefore the situation that because the water supplementing system breaks down and water leaks, precious water resources are wasted is avoided.
