The invention provides a connecting structure of an insertion connection type thermal insulation plate. The connecting structure comprises a thermal insulation plate body and a connecting component. The connecting component comprises a fixing member, an adjusting member and a fastening member. The fixing member fixed to a wall body comprises a fixing base and insertion grooves, the fixing base being provided with installing holes. The fastening member fixed to the thermal insulation plate body comprises a horizontal plate and insertion connection plates, the horizontal plate being provided with a fixing hole. The adjusting member connecting the fixing member and the fastening member comprises an insertion plate and a connecting plate. The upper side and the lower side of the periphery of the thermal insulation plate body are provided with insertion connection grooves fitting the insertion connection plates. During construction, only the insertion connection between the thermal insulation plate body and the fastening member of the connecting component is needed. The installation process is simple, the structure is firm and reliable after installation and the installation cost is reduced.
