The invention provides a high-rise integral outer wall rock wool board heat insulation structure which comprises adhesive mortar layers, heat insulation rock wool layers, strengthening brackets, rendering coat mortar layers, fixing anchor bolts and alkali-resistant strengthening nets. The heat insulation rock wool layers are connected with an outer wall of a building through the adhesive mortar layers and the fixing anchor bolts, the outer surfaces of the heat insulation rock wool layers are connected with the rendering coat mortar layers, the alkali-resistant strengthening nets are embedded into the rendering coat mortar layers, and the strengthening brackets are mounted on the outer wall of the building, connected with the heat insulation rock wool layers and embedded into connecting seams between the heat insulation rock wool layers. A construction method of the heat insulation structure includes the steps: treating a base layer wall; mounting the strengthening brackets; pasting rock wool boards; brushing coated surface mortar; mounting the alkali-resistant strengthening nets; mounting the fixing anchor bolts; constructing a decorative surface layer. On one hand, construction efficiency is greatly improved, construction cost is reduced, and on the hand, use stability and reliability of the heat insulation layers of the outer wall of the building are greatly improved.
