Core material of vacuum heat insulation plate
The invention creates and provides a core material of a vacuum heat insulation plate which comprises a silicon dioxide plate core on the most internal layer, a heat insulation layer covering the outer side of the silicon dioxide plate core, and a mineral cotton layer on the outer side of the heat insulation layer, wherein a reinforced frame is disposed between the mineral cotton layer and the heat insulation layer, and the whole outer side of the mineral cotton layer is covered by a sound absorption film; silica powder and crushed crude pearlite powder are blended in the silicon dioxide plate core; and the reinforced frame is an aluminum-plastic composite panel or a polypropylene resin composite plate equipped with a plurality of hollow holes. The core material of the vacuum heat insulation plate created and provided by the invention has large thermal resistance, a low heat conductivity coefficient and good heat insulation and effect, and is not influenced by temperature, thermal expansion and chilling shrinkage. The whole outer surface of the core material is covered by the sound absorption film 5, so that sound energy can be absorbed, noise propagation can be effectively reduced, and utilization effect is good. In addition, the raw material contains no harmful substances such as formaldehyde, will not emit the substances harmful to human bodies, and is environment-friendly and healthy.
