Light marble composite brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a light marble composite brick. The preparation method includes the steps: (1) performing bridge cutting for marble raw materials; (2) determining the thickness of a marble slab; (3) adhering the marble slab with the thickness determined with a light brick through adhesive glue to form a composite brick; (4) slitting the marble slab of the composite brick; (5) brushing adhesives on the surface of the marble slab of the composite brick; (6) polishing, grinding and shaving the composite brick with the brushed adhesives to obtain a finished light marble composite brick. The thickness of the slit marble slab of the composite brick is 1-5mm, and the light brick is made of coal slag, aluminum waste slag, calcium carbonate and aggregate. Correspondingly, the invention further provides the light marble composite brick prepared by the preparation method. Adhesiveness of the light marble composite brick and a wall foundation can be enhanced, and the light marble composite brick is high in adhesive strength, safe, stable, fine in quality performance and low in radiation.
