The invention relates to home improvement supplies, in particular to a moisture-proof pad. The moisture-proof pad comprises a sound-proof layer and a support layer located below the sound-proof layer; the sound-proof layer is closed plane-shaped; the support layer comprises a plurality of support units; the support units have a plurality of first sound-proof surfaces of which each forms an acute angle or an obtuse angle with the surface of the sound-proof layer; a first passage forms between the adjacent first sound-proof surfaces of the adjacent support units, and the cross section of the first passage is triangular, trapezoidal, diamond-shaped or polygonal; the minimum transverse distance between the adjacent first sound-proof surfaces of the adjacent support units is 0.5 to 500 millimeters; the space between the adjacent first sound-proof surfaces of the same support unit is 1 to 1000 millimeters; the minimum distance between the surface of the support unit farthest away from the sound-proof layer and the crosses of the sound-proof layer and the first sound-proof surfaces is 0.3 to 39 millimeters. The moisture-proof pad is capable of effectively realizing air flow, moisture and mildew resisting, sound and noise reduction and comfortable foot feel and especially suitable for paving under floor.
