The invention relates to a cutter. The cutter comprises a frame. The cutter is characterized in that the front part of the frame is equipped with a cylindrical water storage cup, and the bottom part of the water storage cup is connected with a through pipe; the other end of the through pipe is connected with a spray head; the upper part of the water storage cup is in threaded connection with a cover; a charging opening is arranged on the cover. The invention provides the cutter; when the cutter cuts a cement land or a ceramic floor, water can be added in the water storage cup, and then the cover is screwed, and then gas is filled from the charging opening on the cover; during the cutting process, a water on-off valve on the through pipe can be opened, thus water is sprayed from the spray head so as to wet the dust flying during the cutting process, then dust becomes heavy and falls on the ground; the dust flying is reduced; the cutter is simple in structure, low in cost and convenient to use.
