The invention provides a real-time pre-stress monitoring type clip anchoring tool and an anchoring tool tension method thereof, relates to a clip anchoring tool and an anchor tool tension method, and aims at solving the problems of the exiting anchoring tool that the loss of the pre-stress anchoring tool is difficult to monitor on real time and the tension control stress of pre-stressed ribs cannot be accurately ensured. The device is that a regular octagonal groove is processed in the outer surface of an inner anchoring ring in the radial direction; a conductor hole channel is corresponding to the axial position of the regular octagonal groove; a monitoring instrument is connected with eight resistance straining sheets through connectors; eight resistance straining sheets are arranged on four side surfaces at intervals in the regular octagonal groove; two resistance straining sheets are arranged on each side surface provided with the resistance straining sheet. The method comprises the steps of 1, mounting the anchoring tool; 2, tensioning a jack; 3, repeating step 2 according to the display value of the real-time pressure monitoring instrument until reaching sigma con; 4, connecting the real-time stress monitoring instrument during using the structure, and operating according to the step 3. The device and the method are applied to the pre-stress monitoring and the tensioning of the pre-stressed ribs.
