The invention provides a basin area water holding temperature adjusting tent. Through structural modification, the top of the tent is freely movable in structure. A top support frame can form a raised top supporting structure when being arranged upward and form a basin area supporting structure which being arranged downward. In high temperature summer days, a proper amount of water can be put in a basin area of the tent with the basin area supporting structure and heat can be absorbed and taken away during water evaporation, so that the temperature in the tent can be reduced. The technical scheme can bring cool living environments for people living in tent houses. A convenient, fast, economical and environmentally-friendly cooling method requiring no energy and devices is provided for people around the world for sunstroke prevention and summer spending. The structure is characterized in that the support frame is connected with tent cloth through ropes and supports the tent cloth to form the basin area at the top; a proper amount of water can be put in the basin area.
