The invention discloses a technical unlocking prevention pin tumbler lock. One of lock cylinder full-travel pin holes with unified lengths in a lock cylinder of a traditional pin tumbler lock is changed to a lock cylinder half-travel pin hole; a short lower pin is selected for a lower pin in the hole; a long lower pin is selected for a previous adjacent lower pin of the short lower pin; and meanwhile, an upper pin with a smaller diameter is selected for an upper pin corresponding to the lock cylinder half-travel pin hole. As the gap of the upper pin with the smaller diameter is obviously larger than the gaps of other all upper pins, the upper pin with the smaller diameter belongs to the last pair when a master key is used for unlocking, and at this time, all other lower pins are released; and as the vertical difference of the short lower pin and the bottom of the previous adjacent long lower pin is greater than the hook projection size of the master key, the master key cannot eject the short lower pin, and the lock cannot be opened by the master key. Meanwhile, when the short lower pin in the lock cylinder half-travel pin hole drops to a lowest position, the bottom surface is still from the highest position of a vibrating piece of a vibrating unlocker in vibration by a period of distance, so that the vibrating unlocker achieves no effect on the short lower pin, and the lock cannot be opened by the vibrating unlocker.
