The invention discloses an energy and power saving electromagnetic door lock. An electromagnet assembly comprises an electromagnet, an electrical element, a flexibility body, a pressing unit and a controller; an adsorption assembly comprises an iron plate, a fixed rod part and an elastic part; the iron plate on the fixed rod can slide in the axial direction of the fixed rod so as to set the distance, and the elastic part enables the iron plate to have the motion tendency to a door body; the electrical element electrically connected with the controller is provided with a trigger area, and the flexibility body in the electromagnet can elastically move in the axial direction; an electric trigger component is arranged at the axial end of the flexibility body, and the flexibility body has the motion tendency to keeping the electric trigger component from being separated from or being in contact with the trigger area of the electrical element; one end of the pressing unit, capable of setting the distance in a sliding manner, in the electromagnet assembly can be exposed out of the electromagnet; and one end of the pressing unit right faces the axial position of the fixed rod part, and the other end of the pressing unit tightly abuts against one end, away from the electrical element, of the flexibility body. The controller can control the power supply amount of the electromagnet. The energy and power saving electromagnetic door lock has the safety function of an entrance guard, and meanwhile the effect of saving electric energy is achieved.
