The invention relates to an elastically loaded movable cover (1) for shielding a charging socket of an electric vehicle. For maintaining closure of the movable cover (1), the movable cover (1) is provided with an interlocking device (19) which comprises four lock bolts (7), a safety device (15) which can make the lock bolts (7) be maintained at the opened state for a long time until all the lock bolts (7) are reliably locked, that is, the movable cover (1) is inclined or deformed when the movable cover (1) is closed.
