The invention discloses a roller lead screw sliding plug door. A transmission mechanism of the sliding plug door adopts a roller lead screw pair; a lead screw is fixed on a bracket; a roller fits a guide groove of the lead screw, and is arranged in a nut; the nut is connected with a door leaf through a door carrying frame; meanwhile, the lead screw is a lead-variable lead screw; and leads of the two ends of the lead screw are smaller than a lead of the middle section. The sliding plug door adopts the roller lead screw transmission, so that the transmission efficiency is high, the service life is long, the effective door closing force is great, and the force for opening/closing doors in a manual state is saved.
