The invention discloses terpene resin-coated modified glazed hollow bead thermal-insulation mortar, wherein a layer of molten-state terpene resin coats the surfaces of glazed hollow beads to form a polymer resin layer with both an enhancement characteristic and a hydrophobic characteristic, thus avoiding the surface defects of the glazed hollow beads due to various reasons, and preventing the adsorption and absorption of the glazed hollow beads for water, and then reducing a water absorption; meanwhile, a layer of modified chicken feather stalks covers the polymer resin layer, and then other effective auxiliaries cover the modified chicken feather stalks, thus remarkably reducing a breakage rate during doping of the glazed hollow beads due to compression and collision, and improving the excellent performances of the glazed hollow beads; the prepared thermal-insulation mortar is suitable for internal and external thermal-insulation plastering projects of various wall bodies, good in thermal-insulation performance, great in temperature stability and chemical stability, and capable of improving the cracking resistance, impact toughness and seepage resistance thereof, and overcoming the problems of wall surface hollowing, cracking, peeling and the like thereof generated during a use process.
