The present invention discloses a phosphogypsum calcium sulfate paper preparation method, which is characterized in that the following raw materials such as 70-75 parts by mass of anhydrous phosphogypsum, 20-25 parts by mass of polyethylene and/or polypropylene, and 3-5 parts by mass of a cementing agent are used, and are subjected to mixing, banburying, casting and calendaring to prepare the phosphogypsum calcium sulfate paper. With the phosphogypsum calcium sulfate paper preparation method of the present invention, the scale production can be performed so as to achieve the batch treatment on the industrial by-production waste phosphogypsum; the tree hewing and the environment damage pollution caused by the ordinary paper making method can be avoided; and the method further has characteristics of simple process, low cost, and excellent paper quality.
