Paper-covered plasterboard and preparation method thereof
The present invention provides a paper-covered plasterboard preparation method, which comprises: 1) mixing phosphogypsum and desulfuration gypsum, calcining the obtained mixture, carrying out ball milling modification, and homogenizing to obtain calcined gypsum powder, wherein the phosphogypsum content in the obtained mixture is less than or equal to 30 wt%; and 2) mixing the calcined gypsum powder obtained in the step 1), modified starch, a foaming agent and water to prepare a slurry, and preparing the paper-covered plasterboard. With the paper-covered plasterboard preparation method of the present invention, the phosphogypsum can be effectively utilized so as to reduce the desulfuration gypsum consumption, release the tense desulfuration gypsum supply, achieve the waste recycling of the phosphogypsum, and achieve the good resource use effect.
