Nanocrystalline manganese zinc ferrite with high thermal resistance sensitivity and thermomagnetic sensitivity
The invention discloses a nanocrystalline manganese zinc ferrite with high thermal resistance sensitivity and thermomagnetic sensitivity. The nanocrystalline manganese zinc ferrite comprises matrix components, auxiliary components, a dispersing agent, a precipitant and a cosolvent, wherein the mass proportion of the matrix components or the auxiliary components is (9-10) to 1; the mass of the dispersing agent is equal to 5%-8% of total mass of the matrix components and the auxiliary components, the mass of the precipitant is equal to 3%-4% of total mass of the matrix components and the auxiliary components, and the mass of the cosolvent is equal to 0.5%-2% of total mass of the matrix components and the auxiliary components. According to the nanocrystalline manganese zinc ferrite with high thermal resistance sensitivity and thermomagnetic sensitivity, by virtue of the reasonable proportioning of contents of manganese, zinc and iron elements, the selective proportioning of the auxiliary components and the formula design, the obtained nanocrystalline manganese zinc ferrite has excellent thermal resistance sensitivity, thermomagnetic sensitivity and comprehensive performance, can completely meet the requirements of power electronic devices on thermal resistance sensitivity and thermomagnetic sensitivity of ferrite materials and has a wide application prospect.
