The invention belongs to the technical field of amorphous refractory castables, and particularly relates to a silicon carbide wear-resistant castable which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of white alundum, 10-15 parts of silicon carbide, 4-7 parts of active alpha-aluminum oxide micropowder with the particle size of at most 2 mu m, 2-3 parts of spinel, 3-5 parts of silicon micropowder, 2-3 parts of pure calcium-aluminate cement, 1-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.5-1 part of sodium hexametaphosphate. The silicon carbide wear-resistant castable provided by the invention is used for boilers, and has the advantages of favorable corrosion resistance, favorable wear resistance and favorable fire resistance.
