The present invention provides a decoration fitment plate and a preparation method thereof, wherein the decoration fitment plate comprises, by weight, 5-50 parts of diatomaceous earth, 2-25 parts of bamboo charcoal, 5-20 parts of nanometer TiO2, 1-20 parts of cuprous oxide, 3-15 parts of tourmaline, 100 parts of cement, 0.5-5 parts of a cement additive, 2-10 parts of a foaming agent, and 45-120 parts of water. The present invention further provides the decoration fitment plate preparation method. The decoration fitment plate of the present invention has a variety of functions of humidity adjusting, indoor harmful substance adsorption, indoor air purifying, negative ion releasing, electromagnetic radiation resistance, and the like.
