The invention discloses an environment protection sweeping vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, and a sweeping assembly and a spraying assembly that are mounted on the vehicle body, wherein the sweeping assembly comprises a sweeping shaft, a garbage can, two spiral hairbrushes and a conveying belt; the two spiral hairbrushes with different the rotating directions are mounted on the sweeping shaft and separated by taking the sweeping shaft as the center; one end of the conveying belt is positioned below the middle of the sweeping shaft; the other end of the conveying belt is positioned at an opening of the garbage can; and the spraying assembly comprises a water tank, a spraying water pump and a spray nozzle that are sequentially connected. According to the environment protection sweeping vehicle, dust is transferred to the conveying belt by the two symmetrically arranged spiral hairbrushes with the opposite rotating directions; sundries such as leaves are prevented from winding the spiral hairbrushes by a comb assembly, so that normal operation of the environment protection sweeping vehicle is ensured; a continuous lifting rack allows the sweeping shaft to be able to move according to the height of the ground, so that contact between the spiral hairbrushes and the ground is ensured; hairbrush dust covers further draw in the dust, and avoids raising the dust; the ground is swept cleanly without the raised dust; and sprayed water makes the ground cleaner after the ground is swept.
