The invention discloses a hybrid-driven snow sweeper. The hybrid-driven snow sweeper comprises a snow sweeping impeller which is mounted on an impeller shaft, and the impeller shaft is driven by motors; the motors comprise a direct-current motor and an alternating-current motor, and the direct-current motor and the alternating-current motor are connected with a control board; the control board is connected with a battery power source and an alternating-current power line; and the control board controls the direct-current motor or the alternating-current motor to work so as to drive the impeller shaft. The direct-current motor and the alternating-current motor are arranged at the same time, and therefore the battery power source can be independently adopted to be driven by the direct-current motor, and also can be connected with alternating currents to be driven by the alternating-current motor.
