The invention discloses a novel underground diaphragm wall construction method. The novel underground diaphragm wall construction method is characterized by comprising the steps that 1, a groove is formed, and the groove is provided with groove walls; 2, connectors and steel bar cages are placed in the groove, and one ends or the two ends of the steel bar cages are provided with the connectors; 3, concrete is filled in the groove to enable the steel bar cages to be covered with the concrete, an underground diaphragm wall is formed after the concrete is solidified, isolating devices are arranged between the complete or part steel bar cages and the groove walls of the groove, the two ends of the isolating devices are connected to the ends of the steel bar cages or the connectors respectively, at least one sides of the steel bar cages are closed by the isolating devices, the connectors are provided with flow baffles which extend from guide devices to the positions between the isolating devices and the groove walls of the groove in the length direction of the steel bar cages, and cover the part or complete isolating devices in the length direction of the steel bar cages.
