The invention discloses a manhole cover capable of fixed storage of a spare tire. The manhole cover comprises a cover body and the spare tire. Multiple water straining holes are arranged at the central position at the end surface of the cover body, the bottom portions of the water straining holes are connected with filter pipes, the filter pipes are vertically fixed at the bottom portion of the cover body, the two ends of each filter pipe are arranged to communicate with each other, the spare tire is provided with a wheel hub frame, multiple hollow grooves are arranged on the wheel hub frame, the filter pipes are staggered from the wheel hub frame to pass through the hollow grooves, the bottom portion of the spare tire is provided with a carrier frame plate, and the carrier frame plate is provided with multiple installation holes corresponding to the filter pipes. Through such a mode, the manhole cover provided by the invention can store the spare tire at the bottom of the manhole cover, provides the spare tire for application in case that an accidental tire burst takes place in an automobile running process, is applied to a quite remote road, and provides convenience for a driver.
