Specially-shaped curtain wall connecting piece and mounting method thereof
The invention provides a specially-shaped curtain wall connecting piece. The specially-shaped curtain wall connecting piece comprises connecting heads used for clamping curtain walls and a main seat fixed on a girder, wherein each connecting head comprises a base and a cover plate, the base comprises a first pin joint part and a clamping part which are fixedly connected, and the clamping part and the cover plate clamp the curtain walls; a second pin joint part is arranged on the main seat; and the first and second pin joint parts are superposed and are in pin joint through a pin shaft in a relatively rotatable manner. As the first pin joint parts on the bases and the second pin joint on the main seat are superposed and are in pin joint through the pin shaft in a relatively rotatable manner, and the angle between the curtain walls can be adjusted in a rotating manner, so that easy installation can be realized without extremely precise construction processes. The specially-shaped curtain wall connecting piece is suitable for mounting multi-angle curtain walls; and when the specially-shaped curtain wall connecting pieces are used in batch, owing to the low mold opening and manufacturing costs, popularization and application are facilitated.
